The Trust is Charlotte's first boutique luxury residence in Uptown Charlotte. The Trust will be a seven story modernized historic building located at the corner of 4th and S. Tryon. With only eight units, the Trust will deliver an unparalleled level of exclusivity and luxury.

The development team is comprised of leading local contractors and architects. Most recently the development team renovated 221 S. Tryon St. including the space for Emerson Joseph, the Premiere Men's Grooming Lounge. The team continues to work on projects that help further the renaissance of Uptown Charlotte.
